Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
WPS is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional to lead and manage technical service delivery across our property services portfolio, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee technical service operations, ensuring adherence to statutory and contractual requirements.
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities across multiple sites.
- Lead and develop a team of engineers and technical staff to deliver high standards of service.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in building services and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
About You
- Proven experience in a technical management role within property services or building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and building regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver cost-effective solutions.
