Events Coordinator
About the Role
My client, a luxury events and catering business, is looking for an Events Co-ordinator to support UK and international projects for high-end fashion and private clients. You’ll help plan and deliver press days, in-store activations and private events, manage budgets, liaise with clients and suppliers, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
About You
- Organised, articulate and confident managing multiple projects
- Some experience in events or hospitality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Calm under pressure with great attention to detail
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Interest in luxury brands and food
