Commercial Finance Manager
- Prepare and deliver clear, insightful financial reports tailored to departments, partners, and other stakeholders
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to help teams plan effectively
- Partner closely with fee-earning teams to provide proactive financial support and build trusted relationships with senior leaders
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on performance and trends, including variances, cost and income breakdowns, profitability drivers, and survey data
- Promote data accuracy and consistency by ensuring correct use of systems and data structures (e.g. client partners, matter types)
- Contribute to the enhancement of management reporting tools and processes to improve decision-making
