SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule? We are recruiting confident and compassionate SEN TAs to provide short-term supply cover across welcoming Primary Schools throughout the borough of Ealing.

This role is perfect for professionals who enjoy variety, can adapt quickly, and are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN

• Supporting children with ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, SEMH, and other additional needs

• Assisting the class teacher to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment

• Covering short-term absences on a flexible, day-to-day basis

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with children with special educational needs in a primary setting

• A patient, nurturing and proactive approach

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
