Chef de Partie
Location: London
Salary: £16.88 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Run your designated section efficiently during breakfast and lunch service.
- Assist with menu execution and daily service planning.
- Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene, organisation and food safety practices.
- Support stock rotation, deliveries, labelling and waste control.
- Collaborate closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, presentation and teamwork.
- Previous experience in corporate catering, staff dining or high-volume service.
- Strong culinary and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Positive attitude, reliability and a desire to progress within the team.
