About the Role
The Senior Salesforce Consultant leads Salesforce projects and manages client relationships to ensure successful delivery and long-term partnership. In this role, you’ll combine strong project leadership with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, guiding clients through planning, execution, and adoption of scalable, best-practice solutions.
You’ll oversee timelines, budgets, and communication while ensuring technical teams deliver quality outcomes aligned with client goals. As a senior team member, you’ll mentor others, foster collaboration, and help organizations maximize the value of their Salesforce investments.
Key Responsibilities
Own and successfully deliver projects across a range of scopes (small, mid-market, and enterprise), demonstrating strong autonomy and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the CloudMasonry project team to deliver high-quality outcomes, demonstrating strong delegation skills and effective communication.
Consult with clients to identify solutions that align with their business needs and secure stakeholder buy-in for implementation.
Establish strong client relationships by developing a deep understanding of their organization and building trust with key stakeholders.
Provide strategic insight into Salesforce platform capabilities to help clients optimize processes and drive adoption.
Facilitate client workshops, demos, and status meetings to maintain alignment and transparency.
Mentor and support junior resources, fostering professional growth and delivering excellence.
Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through trusted advisory and value-added recommendations.
Travel requirements are contingent on client needs and may range from approximately 25% to 50%.
Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ Years of Salesforce Consulting Experience
Salesforce Admin Certification - Required
Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud - Required
Ability to define and guide high-quality solution design on the Salesforce platform
Substantial project and client management skill sets
Demonstrated leadership experience
Familiar with either Scrum or Agile project methodologies
