Live-out Nanny, Job ID J1EB7D
This lovely family based in Hackney, London, is seeking a Full-time Nanny to care for their baby and toddler. The role involves all general nanny duties. The ideal candidate will be gentle, attentive, proactive, and highly reliable, with the ability to adapt to changing routines once the new baby arrives. Creativity in activities, encouragement of outdoor play, and respect for the children’s independence are essential qualities. The family has a medium-sized dog, so the nanny must be comfortable around pets. Occasional worldwide travel of up to one week may be required. A valid First Aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Duties include:
- Preparing milk for the children.
- Organising the children’s daily schedule.
- Changing nappies.
- Cleaning and sterilising bottles.
- Setting up nap routines.
- Washing and dressing the children.
- Engaging and playing with the children.
- Tracking the children’s development and updating the parents.
- Ensuring the children are always safe and happy.
- Maintaining a clean environment for the children.
- Doing laundry and ironing the children’s clothes.
