What you'll do:

As part of the Customer Strategy and Analytics (CSA) team you will be responsible for supporting the wider commercial function with brainstorming innovative and data-led advertising campaigns for some of the top youth and family brands. You will partner with Sales and Account Management teams to provide end-to-end customer success, drive product adoption for SuperAwesome’s solutions, mitigate churn and solve customers challenges in line with industry trends. You will partner with other CSA team members and cross-functional teams globally, working on joint projects that strive to increase company revenue and boost operational efficiencies with a data-led approach.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for executing the day-to-day media planning for the assigned book of business - primarily across FR clients. This includes the development and management of RFP responses, presentations, and sales collateral for clients.

  • You will collaborate directly with our sales and business unit teams to ensure all proposal responses are managed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

  • Utilizing your strong communication and multi-tasking skills, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial teams in brainstorming innovative advertising campaigns for some of the top youth and family brands. Your recommendations will be powered by data, and showcase SuperAwesome’s unique position in the industry.

  • Understand SuperAwesome's products and know how they are used to solve advertisers’ problems.

  • Ensure the quality of all client facing documentation and content is consistent and excellent at all times.

  • Handle information that is highly confidential, strategic and critical in nature effectively.

Who you are:

  • You have good knowledge of the EU adtech market.

  • You have 1-3 years digital sales consultancy or agency experience.

  • You have professional working proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to contribute to meetings and work effectively with colleagues and clients in either language.

  • You enjoy writing and crafting excellent quality, client-facing content.

  • You have exemplary verbal, written communication, and analytical skills.

  • You are confident when handling data and using it as a foundation to create compelling recommendations.

  • You are extremely detail oriented.

  • You are able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

  • You can work independently and prioritise various projects simultaneously.

  • You exude a friendly and professional manner with confidence working with people at all levels and when communicating directly with clients.

  • You are passionate about self development and building a genuine career.

  • You can be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and responsibilities.

  • You are a well organized, creative, and confident individual to support your clients and colleagues.
