deliveroo
London

This position will be part of the Central CRM team, composed of 18+ specialists in CRM, dedicated to executing campaigns for the UK as well as supporting global strategic initiatives. The team collectively strives to expand our subscriber base and enhance engagement metrics, with a primary focus on retaining Deliveroo customers. Serving as the voice of the customer, the CRM team directs efforts toward enhancing personalised user experiences, activating best-in-class CRM and supporting marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

We're on a mission to revolutionise retail e-commerce. As a tech-driven company, we're committed to delivering innovative solutions that redefine the shopping experience for customers worldwide. We're at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry, and we're looking for a CRM Executive to help shape the future of customer engagement across our Retail business.

As the CRM Executive for Retail, you will play a key role in planning, building, and executing CRM campaigns. We are looking for a passionate, data-driven, and technically savvy CRM executive who puts the customer at the center of execution. You are someone who checks campaign metrics immediately after launch, thrives on experimenting with new channels and new ideas, and brings data-backed inspiration to every kickoff meeting.

Deliveroo is a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-driven business. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you'll work with teams across the organisation to deliver engaging customer experiences while helping shape the future of CRM at Deliveroo.
