Role Information
The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Drama Teacher to join a thriving Performing Arts Department. You will teach Drama across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5 for an experienced candidate.
The role involves delivering practical and theory-based lessons that develop students’ performance skills, creativity, and confidence. You will support students through devising, scripted work, and examination preparation, ensuring strong outcomes at GCSE and A Level.
You will contribute to curriculum development and play an active role in school productions, performances, and enrichment opportunities such as drama clubs and theatre visits.
Requirements
• QTS and a degree in Drama or a related subject
• Experience teaching Drama at secondary level
• Strong practical performance and directing skills
• Ability to inspire confidence and creativity
• Commitment to high-quality arts education
