This Outstanding academy requires a proactive Geography ECT to join an innovative Humanities faculty. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Curriculum Cartographer: Instructing Geography across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
- Global Explorer: Driving high attainment by cultivating strong map skills, data analysis, and understanding of contemporary global issues.
- Fieldwork Facilitator: Assisting in the organization and running of local fieldwork and geographical enrichment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Geography.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
- Support: Robust ECT induction program and dedicated time for curriculum planning.
