Caretaker - West London
A welcoming and community-focused primary school in West London is seeking a reliable and proactive School Caretaker to join their team. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented school environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Open the school each morning and ensure the site is safe and operational
• Carry out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and basic DIY tasks
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and site safety
• Report hazards or site issues promptly
• Support with deliveries and general caretaking duties
The Ideal Candidate
• Punctual, dependable, and able to use initiative
• Approachable with strong practical and communication skills
• Committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming school environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous caretaking experience desirable, but training can be provided
