In this senior DC consulting role at Redington , you will have overall responsibility for some of our largest DC clients, which include master trusts, collective DC, single-employer trusts, sponsors, IGCs and pension providers. You will be supported by specialists from our asset-liability, manager research and responsible investment teams.
How you'll make an impactThis role will provide you with the opportunity to be part of the leadership team within Redington’s DC practice, where you’ll be responsible for:
- Shaping the firm’s DC strategy
- Industry leading research
- The continued enhancement of technology to support our work
- Marketing, public relations and business development.
This role is for you if you are
- An investment professional with between 8-15 years of experience working with DC pensions clients
- Able to have an eye for detail and strong technical knowledge, balanced with a view of the bigger strategic picture
- Keen to help others develop and grow in industry and practical knowledge
- Effective at building trusted client relationships
It would be great if you also have
- CFA or FIA qualifications, although not a prerequisite
- Experience co/leading clients
- Experience of managing junior colleagues and keen to grow your people skills
