Wayman Education is working with a forward-thinking primary school in Southwark to appoint a skilled SEN TA. The successful SEN TA will support pupils with a range of needs across the school, working closely with teachers and external professionals. This rewarding role begins in January 2026.

Responsibilities
• Provide targeted in-class and intervention support
• Support emotional and social development
• Implement SEN strategies consistently
• Monitor and report pupil progress

This Southwark school is well regarded for its inclusive practice and strong pastoral systems. It has excellent transport links and a collaborative staff culture. The SEN TA joining in January 2026 will become part of a dedicated and experienced support team in Southwark.
