A forward-thinking and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team.

Role Overview
You will support children with a range of additional needs, working closely with class teachers and the SENCo to implement tailored strategies that promote engagement and progress.
Key Duties
Support learning through play-based activities
Implement SEN strategies and interventions
Support emotional and social development
Assist with personal care as required
Maintain safeguarding standards
Person Specification
Experience in EYFS and/or SEN support
Patient, adaptable, and nurturing
Strong teamwork and communication skills
