Core skills and Experience

Extensive experience delivering SAP end-user training across large-scale business transformation programmes.

Proven ability to design, validate, and maintain comprehensive training curricula within assigned functional areas.

Expertise in developing high-quality learning materials, including:

• eLearning modules, presentations, data sheets, exercises, and demonstrations

• SAP Enable Now simulations and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)

• Storyboards and digital learning content for blended learning delivery

Skilled in preparing and conducting system demonstrations, and managing training environment data to support hands-on learning.

Strong background in delivering classroom and virtual training sessions, mop-up training, and post-go-live user support.

Experience in tracking learner attendance, collecting evaluation data, and providing insights on training effectiveness and adoption.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups and drive user confidence in SAP solutions.

SAP Knowledge Required

Candidates must demonstrate strong knowledge of at least two of the following SAP modules:

• Quality Management

• Design Engineering

• Finance

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency with SAP Enable Now (simulation and QRG generation essential)

• Experience working within S/4HANA environments

• Comfortable using SaaS platforms for content management, delivery, and performance evaluation
