An established boys’ secondary school in Sutton is seeking an experienced, reliable and proactive Site Manager to oversee school facilities, maintenance and health & safety from January.

The school has a longstanding reputation for discipline, ambition and academic development. Facilities are well-kept and continuing to expand with new building upgrades and outdoor refurbishment projects.
About the Role
The Site Manager will lead the premises team, manage contractors, oversee site security, schedule maintenance, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Hands-on maintenance ability is essential.
Requirements
• Previous experience in school site management preferred
• Strong knowledge of compliance, H&S, safeguarding and building maintenance
• Ability to lead a premises team and manage large-site logistics
