Administrator - Adults Safeguarding Hub
Location: Ilford (hybrid working available)
Pay: £14.63 PAYE / £18.90 Umbrella per hour
Hours: 36 per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)
Contract: 12 weeks (with potential extension – covering long-term sickness)
Start date: 29th September 2025
About the Role
Nothing But Recruitment are on the lookout for a skilled and organised Administrator to join a busy Adults Safeguarding Hub in Ilford. This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to split your time between home working and the office.
You’ll be right at the heart of the team, making sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day and supporting colleagues with a wide range of admin duties.
Key Responsibilities
Taking minutes during meetings and distributing them promptly
Scanning, copying, and filing important documents
Preparing and organising information packs
Keeping the office organised and running efficiently
Supporting with events and workshops
Handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Keen attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to juggle tasks and prioritise effectively
Experience with office equipment (scanners, copiers etc.)
Event planning/coordination experience is a plus
Previous experience completing DBS checks would be an advantage
