  • A friendly and supportive team environment
  • On the job training
  • Opportunities for growth and development
  • Access to our Employee Benefits App – online GP, Employee Assistance Programme, and 100s of retail discounts
  • You will also be joining a talented team, with fabulous career prospects and could lead to all sorts of opportunities – we LOVE to promote from within.
  • As we are passionate about developing our people from within, great training is provided. We also offer apprenticeship schemes, so that your learning journey can continue.

A day in the life of a Chef de Partie:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently to brand and recipe specifications.
  • Ensure food quality, flavour, freshness, and visual presentation meets required standards.
  • Support menu development, including testing new dishes and providing creative input.

  • Coordinate with front‑of‑house and other departments to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across all kitchen areas.
