Are you a motivated and caring SEN TA looking to make a real difference from January 2026? A friendly and inclusive primary school in Dagenham is seeking a SEN TA to support pupils with additional needs.
This SEN TA role in Dagenham will begin January 2026, with induction and preparation provided before January 2026. The SEN TA will work alongside teachers and SEN leadership to support learning, independence and wellbeing across the Dagenham school.

Key responsibilities
Provide individual and small-group support across the curriculum.
Support pupils with personalised strategies and interventions.
Encourage independence and positive learning behaviours.
Assist with monitoring progress and recording observations.
Promote inclusive practice throughout the Dagenham school.
Person specification
Experience supporting SEND pupils in an educational setting.
Understanding of inclusive strategies and behaviour support.
Flexible, patient and committed to pupil progress.
Able to begin January 2026, with induction completed before January 2026.
