Key Responsibilities
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff.
Managing emails, phone enquiries, and general office communication.
Supporting attendance administration, student records, and data entry.
Preparing letters, reports, and documentation as required.
Assisting with events coordination and office organisation.
Requirements
Previous school administration experience (advantageous but not essential).
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MIS familiarity (SIMS/Arbor desirable).
Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management abilities.
Professional, polite, and able to work well under pressure.
