Summary

A private family in Oxshott is seeking two experienced live-in housekeepers to support two nearby private homes, located approximately 10 minutes apart.

Working alongside another housekeeper, you will share responsibility for maintaining both properties to a high standard. Typically, one housekeeper will be based at each home, with flexibility to support one another when needed.

You will be based in a newly built five-bedroom luxury home with private ensuite accommodation. This property is home to a family member who lives independently.

This is a housekeeping-focused role within a well-run household. A warm, attentive approach is important, including preparing simple meals or refreshments and contributing to a calm, organised home environment.

The household includes three Airedales, so confidence with larger dogs is essential.

Duties

Full housekeeping across both residences

Laundry, ironing and wardrobe organisation

Kitchen and bathroom upkeep

Maintaining high standards throughout the homes

Preparing for principals and occasional guests

Dog care including walking and day-to-day management

Driving and household errands

Light outdoor upkeep and general organisation

Assisting with deliveries or contractors when required

Requirements

Proven private household experience

Strong attention to detail

Confident handling larger dogs (essential)

Professional, calm and organised

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driving licence

Legal right to work in the UK
