About the role:

We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Executive to join the Coolr team. You’ll be at the forefront of social trends, creating compelling, standout content and building strong connections with online communities.

The job 💻

  • Support the planning, scheduling and publishing of content across multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and Pinterest, proactively identifying reactive and real-time opportunities where appropriate.

  • Assist in building and maintaining content calendars that encourage meaningful conversations and reflect the brand’s role within culture and community.

  • Pull together regular performance reports, extracting data from native platforms and social tools, and highlighting key findings to support optimisation.

  • Manage day-to-day communication with the client team, ensuring social-first content is delivered on time, aligns with brand guidelines and meets all brief requirements.

  • Contribute ideas and feedback to agency processes, including supporting the development of clear and effective community management guidelines.

What we are looking for 👀

  • Solutions-focused, proactive and strategic in approach, applying creative and critical thinking to solve client and campaign challenges independently

  • Hands-on experience across major social platforms, with a proven track record of planning, supporting and activating high-performing social campaigns end-to-end

  • Demonstrates deep, up-to-date knowledge of popular culture, platform trends, and social media updates

  • Confident managing multiple clients and workstreams simultaneously, prioritising workload and internal resource with minimal supervision

  • Highly detail-oriented, acting as a quality-control lead to ensure all outputs are accurate, on-brand and error-free before delivery

  • Communicates clearly and professionally, with strong written and verbal skills and the confidence to present ideas and feedback to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Works collaboratively within a team while also taking ownership of tasks and delivering independently to deadlines

  • Demonstrates strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and keep projects running smoothly
