Learning Support Assistant - Lambeth
A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with pupils requiring additional support, helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and structured environment.
Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
Assist teachers with planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and engagement
Support social, emotional, and academic development
Help pupils access the curriculum fully and meaningfully
