Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Software Developer who has recent exposure to C++ and .NET to join our high profile client.

Our client is a well known Algo Order Management and Execution Business. This role sits in the Algo development team who work on perfecting and improving clients Algorithms. My client has a flat hierarchy and this is a small team of 10.

This role will give you massive exposure to developing a C# Algos that allow for realtime algo allocation. You should be looking to learn from traders who enjoy passing on their knowledge. Their office is state of the art with an atmosphere of bright sharp developers and traders.
In exchange we offer a bonus usually at 25%

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious candidate to get experience in a software engineer role within the Algorithmic Trading team, focusing on building, enhancing and maintaining the Algorithmic Product suite. The C# Developer will be part of an experience global Algo developer’s team that works in agile methodology. The candidate will also provide second line of support to the business.
C# C++ Developers MUST have:

• Computer Science Degree from a Top Tier University (top 20 UK)
• C#
• SQL
• Development experience in .NET
• Development experience in C++
• Strong multithreading and core .NET.
• Financial Technology / Trading Tech experience
• Experience working in Agile teams using the Scrum software development philosophy
• Test Driven Development (TDD) using NUnit or equivalent

The Senior Software Engineer will be looking to develop in a fast paced, challenging environment. The flat hierarchy creates high visibility for top performers, and the opportunity to see contribution impact the bottom line.
