Senior Brand Manager
About Tutti Bambini
Tutti Bambini is a family-owned nursery furniture company founded over 30 years ago by Michael and Debra Samuel with the goal of supporting new mothers and fathers during their first steps into parenthood.
After years working in nursery retail, and as parents themselves, Michael and Debra realised that nursery furniture available on the market often didn’t offer the versatility, value, and safety that new parents needed for their little ones. Drawing on a background in technical design, and on their own parenting experiences, Michael and Debra created Tutti Bambini: a nursery furniture range combining elegance and beauty with innovation and practicality.
From its beginnings in a little London store, the Tutti Bambini brand has grown to become a feature in nurseries across the UK, and includes ranges of cots, cot beds, nursing chairs, highchairs, and more. Crafted to the highest standards of quality and safety, every piece of Tutti Bambini furniture is designed to be loved, and used, by families for years to come.
Tutti Bambini has been acquired by Heroes in 2023, and is now part of Heroes' family of brands.
About the role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of the Tutti Bambini brand portfolio within Heroes. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day success and long-term growth of the brand across key marketplaces, with a focus on both commercial performance and customer experience.
You will work closely with your direct report (Brand Manager) and cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that optimise sales, profitability, and brand presence. This role requires a strong data-driven mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct report (Brand Manager), ensuring they are aligned with strategic goals, focusing on the right priorities, and working collaboratively to grow the category
- Ownership: Oversee the performance of a portfolio of brands across one or more
marketplaces, taking full responsibility for category P&L while partnering closely with Brand Managers - Data-Driven Management: Stay up to date with the latest sales data, actively investigate performance trends, identify issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Strategic Oversight: Analyse Amazon ASIN-level data (sales, conversion rates, page views, costs, etc.) to understand product performance, articulate key observations, and develop actionable solutions to optimise results
- Growth Projects: Lead initiatives to drive growth for brands within your category by optimising pricing, PPC campaigns, packaging, promotions (coupons and deals),
customer communications, creative assets, product dimensions, and profitability
About you
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related analytical role.
- At least 4 years of e-commerce experience, ideally within the Amazon ecosystem.
- Exceptional data analysis skills: ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make informed recommendations.
- Strong project management expertise, with experience driving growth initiatives across multiple cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, content, supply chain, and technology).
- Proven experience managing teams, including setting priorities, leveraging team members' strengths, and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain impeccable attention to detail.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent shifting priorities.
- Positive, reliable, and transparent, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant data tools.
