Nursing Home Manager - West London - £72k
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and ensure excellent clinical governance.
- Manage the home's financial performance and operations efficiently.
- Foster a positive and professional environment for staff and residents.
- Engage with residents, families, and external stakeholders to promote the home’s reputation. Qualifications: - Must be a Nurse qualified with a valid Nursing PIN.
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager in a medium to large-sized home.
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and CQC regulations.
