As Chef de Partie at The Chancery Rosewood, you will be part of a world-class culinary team delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple exciting concepts. This role is more than cooking – it’s about craftsmanship, creativity, and passion for perfection. You’ll work with some of the industry’s most talented professionals in state-of-the-art kitchens, bringing bold ideas and uncompromising quality to every plate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. 
- Manage your section efficiently, maintaining organisation, cleanliness, and precision under pressure. 
- Collaborate with senior chefs and the wider team to create innovative menus that celebrate seasonality and sustainability. 
- Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with all regulations. 
- Contribute to the training and development of junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and learning. 
About You
- A passionate, talented chef with proven experience as a Chef de Partie in luxury or high-end restaurants. 
- Strong technical skills and a genuine love for culinary creativity.
