A busy secondary school is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy IT Technician to join their ICT Services Team in January, supporting both staff and students.

About the Role
The IT Technician will support the day-to-day technical operations of the school.
Core duties include:
• Providing first-line IT support to staff and students.
• Managing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and networks.
• Supporting AV equipment, printers, tablets, and classroom technology.
• Assisting with system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Maintaining accurate IT asset records.
Requirements
• Previous experience in an IT support role (education sector desirable).
• Good understanding of Windows networks, Office 365, and device management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
