Revenue Operations Executive (Hiring Immediately)

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Executive who will own the end-to-end invoicing and contractor payment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong operational control across multiple entities. You will play a key role in managing working capital by coordinating funding requests to Head Office and ensuring smooth financial operations during a period of system and process transformation. This is a hands-on role where you will support the transition from a combination of manual processes and FreeAgent to NetSuite , contributing to process improvement, standardisation, and system adoption across the group. You will report to the Financial Controller and partner closely with Finance, Operations, and regional teams across different entities to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of financial processes. What will you be doing? Own the end-to-end billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation across multiple entities. Manage contractor payments and support payables processes, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and efficient execution. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation across billing, payments, and collections. Monitor accounts receivable, manage aged balances, and drive timely cash collection and resolution of outstanding invoices. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and local accountants to resolve billing, payment, and supplier queries. Support working capital management by preparing and coordinating timely funding requests to Head Office. Contribute to the transition from manual processes and FreeAgent to NetSuite , including testing, data validation, and process mapping. Identify and implement process improvements to standardise and streamline finance operations across multiple jurisdictions. Who are you? We don't believe in ticking boxes here at Rezolve. Here are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if you feel you’d be a great fit. Proven experience in finance operations, billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, or a similar role. Experience working across multi-entity and/or multi-jurisdictional environments (e.g. UK, EU, Asia). Comfortable managing both receivables and payables activities in a hands-on capacity. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Solid understanding of invoicing, collections, payment coordination, and working capital processes. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Proficiency in accounting systems such as FreeAgent , NetSuite , or similar, along with advanced Excel skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and geographies in a dynamic environment. What we offer?
