The Opportunity
A prestigious academy in Harrow is looking for an energetic Receptionist for a fixed-term maternity cover. This role is ideal for an individual with previous administrative experience who can adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of a secondary school front office. You will join a supportive team that prioritizes student safety and efficient communication during this temporary assignment.
Role Details
Attendance Tracking: Assisting the Attendance Officer by processing late arrivals and updating records on the school database.
Visitor Security: Managing the 'InVentry' sign-in system and ensuring all visitors display appropriate identification and safeguarding badges.
Mail Management: Sorting and distributing daily post to staff pigeonholes and managing the school’s outgoing franking machine.
Salary Note: Remuneration for this maternity cover is based on the school's internal scale, reflecting the candidate's level of seniority.
