SEN Teaching Assistant - Lambeth
A supportive and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated support team. The school has a strong reputation for inclusion and works closely with staff to ensure pupils with additional needs are fully supported both academically and emotionally.
This role involves working with pupils across the school, supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation in a structured and nurturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group SEN support
Supporting pupils with EHCP targets
Encouraging engagement and positive behaviour
Assisting with classroom routines
Monitoring progress and sharing feedback with staff
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Experience supporting pupils with SEN
A calm, patient, and flexible approach
Strong communication skills
Commitment to safeguarding
Passion for inclusive education
