The role:
We are looking for care assistants/support workers who are caring by nature and want to help our client live a comfortable life. Our client, a gentleman based in the Feltham/Hounslow area, lives with a spinal cord Injury. He lives at home with his wife and son and needs support in his every day. He occasionally likes to go out to the shops in his electric wheelchair and spends most of his days in his lovely home with his wife and son. Our client has a fantastic sense of humour and is looking for someone who is caring and really wants to support someone and has a passion for care. He is a very easy going man and his daily routine is relatively simple. Morning and night time routines are a little more complex but there is a lot of down time during the day.
Our client is looking for someone who is a little more on the gentle side, someone who will really listen and be attentive to his needs. Someone that make his day a little easier with a very calm and peaceful nature. Anyone who fits this personality traits are welcome to apply but particularly those who come from a Nepalese, Asian or European background.
What HFH offers? .
Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.
Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.
Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 555 p/wk*.
The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 £28,950*.
We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.

You must be over 18 to apply.
Have the right to work in the UK.
An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
