We're delivering one of WPP's most significant People Technology transformations, bringing Workday HCM to colleagues around the world. As part of our global PMO team, you'll help drive consistency, transparency, and successful delivery across a large-scale programme that will shape how our people processes work for years to come.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the day-to-day running of the global PMO, including governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain project documentation, track actions, risks, dependencies, and programme milestones.
- Gather, analyse, and present programme data to support decision-making, investment approvals, and leadership reporting.
- Track budgets, forecasts, and programme benefits, ensuring clear visibility of performance and delivery progress.
- Help improve PMO processes, tools, reporting, and ways of working across a complex global programme.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
What you'll need:
- Experience supporting projects or programmes within large, complex, global organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working with data, reporting, budgeting, and business analysis.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach with the ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working across different time zones and cultures would be beneficial.
