Are you an experienced CQC Improvement Programme Manager with a proven track record of leading complex Adult Social Care improvement programmes? This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-profile role where you will lead critical improvement activity following a recent CQC inspection and help shape the future direction of Adult Social Care services.
As the CQC Improvement Programme Manager, you will take ownership of a significant improvement programme, working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and key stakeholders to deliver sustainable change. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact within a challenging and rewarding environment where your expertise and leadership will be highly valued.
Your Role as CQC Improvement Programme Manager:
- Lead the delivery of the CQC response and improvement programme across Adult Social Care
- Drive transformation and service improvement activity following the recent CQC report
- Provide strong programme leadership, governance and performance oversight
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple service areas
- Ensure improvement plans are delivered effectively within a complex operational environment
Your Previous Experience as a CQC Improvement Programme Manager:
- Proven experience leading Adult Social Care transformation or improvement programmes
- Strong background in CQC-related improvement activity and regulatory frameworks
- Experience operating as a Programme Manager, Programme Lead or Programme Director
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Exposure to Ofsted-led improvement activity would be highly advantageous
