SEN Teaching Assistant | Newham
A vibrant primary school in Newham is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to start in January 2026. This is a rewarding role, providing vital support to pupils with additional needs and helping them thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils individually and in small groups to access the curriculum
Deliver interventions under teacher guidance
Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Work alongside the SENCO and classroom staff to monitor progress
Encourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement
