About the Role
The Exams Officer will be responsible for the planning, administration and smooth running of all examination processes, ensuring full compliance with JCQ regulations and awarding body requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing GCSE and A Level examination entries
• Coordinating exam timetables, rooms and invigilators
• Liaising with awarding bodies and examination boards
• Ensuring compliance with JCQ and regulatory frameworks
• Managing results days and post-results services
• Maintaining accurate and confidential candidate records
This is a pivotal role within the school, requiring precision, discretion and the ability to manage strict deadlines.
