Front of House Host
This full-time position offers a 40-hour working week, Monday to Saturday on a rota system, across Park Lane and Park Royal sites, to ensure full cover during the site opening times, including bank holidays.
Park Lane
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9am to 6pm
- Thursday 9am to 8pm
- Saturday 9am to 5pm
Park Royal
- Monday to Friday 7:30am to 6pm
- Saturday 8am to 4pm

Your Time at Work
As a Front of House Host, your role will encompass:
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, offering a warm and professional first impression.
- Assist with refreshments and maintain the luxury retail showroom presentation across all sites.
- Follow all Park Lane uniform and brand & personal appearance representation standards at all times.
- Confidently present vehicle features, technology, and benefits to customers.
- Provide personalised assistance and hospitality to customers wherever possible.
- Work closely with the Front of House Manager to implement and maintain service excellence initiatives.
- Coordinate with sales and aftersales teams to enhance and personalise the customer journey for all appointments.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and relevant departments, keeping them informed at every stage.
- Ensure all reception telephone calls and email etiquette are professional and include appropriate greeting and sign off.
- Monitor and manage appointment schedules, ensuring efficient customer flow throughout the day.
- Manage all VIP and GKL clients with discretion, offering a tailored experience.
- Provide feedback on all customer interactions to help enhance the overall retailer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training to continuously improve service standards.
- Participate as Front of House cover for all out-of-hours company events.
- Oversee the facilitation of meeting room requests, prepare, set up and clear meeting rooms with refreshments and lunches for internal & client meetings.
- Reporting of any maintenance, IT or Health and Safety concerns to the relevant department.
- Assist in administrative duties as required.
- Manage complaints and/or VIP customers with discretion.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have excellent communication, negotiation skills and work well as part of a team. You will have an exceptional eye for detail and good time management/administration skills.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within luxury automotive, luxury retail or premium hospitality environments.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and emphasis on attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and prioritise decision-making.
Desirable Skills:
- Maths and English GCSE to Grade C
