The Opportunity
With four key divisions and over 100 legal entities across Europe, the business now has an opportunity for a Company Secretary to join the team. You will lead in the delivery of company secretariat activities and you will act as company secretary for all the legal entities including joint ventures, boards and management committees. You will deliver on governance matters and contribute to policies, processes and operations. You will work closely with legal and risk, ensuring regulatory and legislative changes are adhered to and work on governance projects.
About You
This is a highly unique opportunity to join a global real estate business and lead on company secretarial matters. You will have a seat at the table when decisions are being made and you will be relied on for your organisational skills and keeping the business running smoothly. The business has an Investment arm and as a result, experience in Financial Services regulatory requirements would be useful.
This is a rare and unique opportunity for a company secretary with financial services experience to utilise your experience in a new sector.
