SEND Teaching Assistant in Wembley
Long-term full-time SEND Teaching Assistant position available to start immediately within a warm, welcoming and inclusive primary school located in Wembley.
With great transport links and local parking, this school is very easily accessed and is great for any SEND Teaching Assistant!As a SEND TA, you will be supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities by leading small groups and 1:1 sessions, delivering learning interventions and monitoring key children's progress. Other duties would include providing support for non-verbal children through suitable Speech and Language activities and supporting key children to reach targets and objectives on their EHCPs or IEPs.
Joining a friendly and hardworking team of support staff at this primary school in Wembley, you will be working collaboratively as a committed member of staff to deliver a diverse and exciting curriculum, ensuring every child is able to reach their full potential. As this is a long-term SEND Teaching Assistant role expected to last until the end of the school year in July 2025, you will be able to see the progress made by your key children across the year thanks to your hard work and support.
