Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Manager, you will go beyond project delivery. You will define strategy, expand our client base, and develop a high-performing team. You will be a trusted advisor to leading Private Equity and corporate investors, helping them navigate complex transactions.

Why Join Us

Our services span M&A Strategy & Execution, Commercial Due Diligence, and Technology Due Diligence, focused on companies where growth, market positioning, and competitive advantage are central to the investment thesis. You will join a senior-led, collaborative team that values intellectual rigor, pragmatic impact, and balance-supporting clients on both UK and international transactions across a range of industries.
