Job Description
We are excited to invite an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Support Consultant to join our growing Managed Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of clients, apply your Oracle HCM expertise in a meaningful way, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, long‑term solutions in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and related modules within an ongoing Managed Services model. You will work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams, helping shape best‑practice solutions that deliver real business value.
Experience on at least two Oracle HCM Cloud implementations as a functional expert is essential. Exposure to other Oracle HCM products—particularly Oracle E‑Business Suite —is highly valued.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Provide day‑to‑day application support across a diverse client portfolio
- Design effective solutions and advise clients on best‑practice Cloud configurations
- Act as a functional lead and trusted advisor , guiding clients on Oracle “leading practices”
- Deliver training, mentoring, and coaching to colleagues and junior team members
- Support pre‑sales activities , including demonstrations and solution discussions
- Produce clear, high‑quality documentation and actively contribute to knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with end users remotely and build strong client relationships
- Take ownership of your work while contributing positively to a team‑oriented culture
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications & Experience
- In‑depth expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
- 6–8 years’ experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Solid understanding of UK payroll and absence legislation
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong documentation skills and a collaborative knowledge‑sharing approach
- Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
- A positive, flexible attitude and a strong team‑player mindset
- Minimum 3years UK residency to meet Security Clearance (SC) requirements
Desirable Skills & Experience
While not essential, the following would be an advantage:
- Experience with Absence, Time & Labour, or Compensation modules
- Knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite HRMS , including Payroll
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Broader understanding of HR processes from a business perspective
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications , particularly in Payroll
