Year 3 Teacher - Lambeth
Are you an inspiring Year 3 Teacher ready to lead early KS2 learning from January 2026? We are seeking an energetic Year 3 Teacher to join a busy, forward-thinking primary school in Lambeth.
Wayman Education is working with a school in Lambeth that is committed to high standards and to developing confident learners. The successful Year 3 Teacher will teach a full Year 3 timetable, plan a coherent and progressive curriculum, and lead targeted intervention groups. As Year 3 Teacher, you will foster curiosity and resilience, promote reading for pleasure and develop pupils’ mathematical fluency. The appointed Year 3 Teacher will take up post in January 2026 and will play a vital role in the phase team from January 2026.

• Lead small-group interventions and work alongside teaching assistants — core duties for the Year 3 Teacher.
• Communicate effectively with parents about Year 3 progress and next steps as the Year 3 Teacher.

Person specification
• QTS/PGCE and experience teaching Year 3 as the Year 3 Teacher.
• Strong behaviour management, assessment and curricular planning skills for the Year 3 Teacher.
• Able to start January 2026.
