As Chef de Partie , you will be a cornerstone of culinary excellence within our kitchen — combining technical mastery with the mentorship and presence to raise those around you. The embodiment of Rosewood's Relationship Hospitality, you bring craft, precision, and genuine passion to every plate you send.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your kitchen section, ensuring it is fully prepared, organised, and executed to the highest standards before and during service.
- Lead your section during service, coordinating timing, quality control, and plating to ensure consistency across all dishes leaving the pass.
- Prepare and deliver dishes with precision, ensuring adherence to specifications, recipes, and presentation standards.
- Train, supervise, and actively develop Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs, ensuring correct techniques and standards are followed.
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards rigorously, ensuring a clean, organised, and compliant working environment at all times.
- Contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture by supporting colleagues, learning from senior chefs, and bringing a proactive, positive approach to every shift.
