Contract – Permanent, Full-Time (or strong part-time candidates considered)
Salary – Competitive, depending on experience
The Role
As School Administrator, you will manage reception duties, answer and direct phone calls, administer first-aid logging and support safeguarding record-keeping. The School Administrator will update the MIS, prepare management information reports and support staff with procurement and ordering. You will liaise with parents, external agencies and local providers; the School Administrator will be expected to start January 2026 and to support the school’s administrative planning from January 2026. The role is based in Haringey and includes opportunities to develop wider administrative responsibilities across the year.

Person specification for the School Administrator:
• Experience working as an administrator — ideally as a School Administrator in an educational setting.
• Proficient ICT skills, experience with MIS systems and confident numeracy and literacy for the School Administrator.
• Calm, approachable manner and high standards of confidentiality as expected of a School Administrator.
• Able to start January 2026 in Haringey.
