Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students, providing a professional and welcoming service.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and courteously.
Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
Provide general administrative support to the wider school office.
Assist with student attendance processes and record-keeping where required.
Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and school communications.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (school experience desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Competency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
A clear understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality expectations within a school setting.
