Team Assistant
The Studio are looking for a proactive, curious and highly organised Team Assistant to support the Design Director’s Office and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
What you’ll do
Meetings & Diary Management
Support the Personal Assistant with all internal meeting set‑ups
Extensive diary management
Book meeting spaces, organise refreshments, and ensure all materials/tech are prepared
Ensure Design Director is prepared and set up for all meetings.
Travel Coordination
Assist with booking flights, hotels, and transport
Prepare travel packs and check travel requirements/visas
Administration
Complete timesheets, expenses and raise POs
Lead on general admin tasks and occasional personal task coordination
Support the Personal Assistant to modernise admin processes and create simpler ways of working
What you’ll bring
At least 2 years’ relevant or transferable experience
An enthusiastic, engaging and inquisitive approach
Passionate about working in a creative environment
Problem solver with a can-do attitude
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Calm and focused in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
Clear written and verbal communication
Proven ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
A desire to learn, grow and support others
This is a permanent, full‑time role based on site at our King’s Cross studio, working 5 days a week.
