Corporate M&A Manager or Senior Manager - UK Wide

The Opportunity
You will gain experience across the full deal cycle, including:
* Tax structuring
* Buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence
* Funds flow analysis
* SPA reviews
* Refinancing transactions
A large portion of the work is cross-border, providing exposure to international structuring techniques and global tax regimes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the successful delivery of complex transaction tax projects.
* Build and manage client relationships, identifying and converting new business opportunities.
* Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development.
* Play a key role in the strategic and operational management of the team.
* Ensure technical excellence with a commercial, deal-focused approach.
* Collaborate with multiple service lines to provide seamless client solutions.
What We're Looking For
* Qualifications: ACA/ATT/CTA, Law qualification, or international equivalent.
* Experience: Significant experience in M&A tax within a professional services environment.
Skills:
* Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
* Business development expertise with a proven ability to win work
* Effective time management and ability to thrive under pressure
* Experience mentoring and managing junior staff
