YOUR MISSIONS:
- Sephora Brand Media Strategy & Coordination for the UK Market
- Working with the Head of Media, you will define the upper and mid funnel media strategy for Sephora UK delivering this strategy with our media agency
- You will be responsible for defining objectives, KPIs, and measurement for all upper funnel media activity including OOH, DOOH, CTV, Paid Social, Display, Print, Radio
- Leverage our consumer insight data and targeting tools to ensure our approach is strategic and measured
- Work in tandem with the Sephora UK marketing teams to ensure business buy-in
- Work closely with central media teams and local performance marketing team to ensure a full funnel approach is achieved
- Champion media best practice
- Agency Management & Operational Excellence
- Manage the agency relationship to ensure all campaigns are briefed and delivered on time
- Ensure campaigns are delivered to budget, monitoring spend closely
- Manage creative delivery to agency, working closely with integrated marketing teams to ensure creative is relevant and representative, following Sephora best practice
- Responsible for leading weekly calls with agency to keep track on campaign plans
- Ensure agency has what it needs to be deliver best in class media campaigns
- Reporting & Measurement
- Ensure all campaigns are fully reported, delivering campaign wrap ups and testing updates
- Maintaining testing roadmap in tandem with agency to build best practice playbook
- Leverage business data (1PD, measurement tools) to help direct strategy and delivery

- Contribute to Sephora’s expansion in the UK Market through future store openings, major campaigns and core promotional periods
- Strong collaboration with all involved stakeholders across a number of teams: performance, creative, brand, finance, legal

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …
- Bachelors degree or higher with a preference for a degree in marketing or communication
- 10 years or more experience in a Media Agency, or in a similar in a company (retailer if possible) taking care of Upper & Mid Funnel media campaigns, offline (TV, Out of Home, Print, Radio…) & digital (Paid Social, OLV/Video, Display, Influence...).
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Good media expertise (data, media technologies, media tools, media insight).
- A good understanding of media culture (main media channels, UK media partners, media agencies).
