What we are looking for

• Based in or willing to relocate to one of our hubs in Bogota, Montreal, Athens or London.
• Professional services / consulting / research or equivalent strategy experience with a strong executional capability.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• An entrepreneurial and enquiring personality, with a keen eye for leveraging market or new technology opportunities.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients and driving business growth.
